  1. Permitted Use
    The assets, including but not limited to photographs, renderings, floor plans, videos, copy, and other marketing materials (“Assets”), are provided solely for the purpose of promoting the Project to potential buyers.
  2. Copyright Ownership
    All Assets remain the exclusive property of the Developer and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Downloading or using the Assets does not transfer any ownership rights.
  3. Representation & Branding
    Agents may not use the Assets in any way that:

    • Misrepresents the Project, its pricing, or availability
    • Implies exclusive sales representation or partnership with the Developer unless expressly authorized in writing
    • Alters, edits, or modifies the Assets in a manner that misleads potential buyers or conflicts with the Developer’s brand standards
  4. Compliance & Right to Revoke Usage
    By downloading or using the Assets, you agree to immediately comply with any request by the Developer to remove, modify, or discontinue the use of any Asset, whether hosted online or in print. The Developer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revoke usage rights for any Agent or brokerage at any time.

By accessing or downloading the Assets, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms.
