Kolter Urban, a real estate development and investment firm based in Palm Beach, Florida, has announced a new phase in developing The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sarasota Bay. This new addition, known as The Harbor Club, is set to enhance the already prestigious three-tower campus with a focus on socializing, health, and wellness for the residents.
The Harbor Club is slated to encompass over 20,000 square feet of resort-inspired amenities. These will include a state-of-the-art waterfront fitness center, a wellness center, a game room equipped with advanced simulation games such as Formula 1, a Kid’s Club, and a waterfront beverage bar, among others. This collection of amenities will be available in addition to the private amenities reserved for each property within the campus.

Managed by The Ritz-Carlton, renowned for its five-star service, The Harbor Club aims to elevate the resident experience. The Harbor Club will feature amenities across the ground floors of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sarasota Bay’s West Tower and South Tower. The South Tower will also offer a marina and outdoor sports facilities, including various watercraft.

The West Tower will house Fitness Center II, a gaming room, a movie theater, and a Kid’s Club. Notably, it will also feature the Sunrise to Sundae Beverage Bar, offering an array of refreshments from morning smoothies to evening treats, all with a waterfront view.
The South Tower’s current offerings include expansive three- and four-bedroom residences designed by SB Architects. These residences feature flow-through floorplans, sophisticated interiors, high ceilings, expansive terraces with outdoor grills, and panoramic views. Each residence ensures privacy with access-controlled elevators and separate service elevators.
